Knology

Many of you have posed legitimate questions to previous emails sent regarding the work of Knology.

Moss Creek Homeowners Association did not approve this work. The roads within your community are public roads and Knology has the legal right to enter without permission from the Association. A franchise agreement with the County of Charleston and Knology allows for work to be completed.

Utility easements allow the right of all electric, cable and water companies to perform work whether or not permission is granted.

Knology does have a legal obligation and responsibility for their work and any damage done to an individuals property.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this project please contact Melissa Orme with Knology at 706-645-1098.

The Board of Directors nor CMG can stop Knology from doing this nor are either responsible for any work or damage.
